All teachers who work with The Pilates Workshop are part of a thriving Pilates support network, and benefit hugely from regular contact with other Pilates teachers.

There is a real culture of camaraderie and learning at The Pilates Workshop where everyone is encouraged to share knowledge and experiences, so that we can offer clients the very best in Pilates classes, experience and teaching practices. Advanced Matwork Classes

Advanced matwork classes are held monthly, usually on Sundays and are open to teachers and advanced students by invitation. ‘Get in touch with us’
