We will be hosting a workshop for runners at our Dunstable studio on Saturday 11th March 1pm - 3.30pm. The workshop aims to aid your understanding of the importance of balance, co-ordination and dynamic core training, incorporating simple methods to assess mobility and muscle weaknesses. It will also highlight the use of Pilates to improve your running style and ability. The cost of the workshop is £25. Please contact katebyrnepilates@hotmail.co.uk for more information and to book.
